As a PREFERRED CUSTOMER you will receive priority service, deep discounts on needed repairs, spring and fall tune-ups on HVAC equipment, and the best part is that we call you to schedule this service at your convenience. PREFERRED CUSTOMER "ENERGY SAVINGS" MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT HIGHLIGHTS:
Planned Maintenance - Two maintenance calls per year (we call you to schedule the service) one in the spring/summer for air conditioning clean/check and one in the fall/early winter for furnace clean/check. Our purpose is to clean, inspect and advise you of any needed repairs to help prevent breakdowns and maintain units efficiency. no repairs are made without your approval.
Priority Emergency Service - Should you have a breakdown our service technicians respond to your call for service as a priority and you never have to pay a premium price for the service or needed repair.
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Discounted Diagnostic/Service Call Charge - When you have a Maintenance Agreement in place
your service call is at a reduced rate.
Discount On Repairs - When you have a Maintenance Agreement in place you are entitled to a 15%
discount on PARTS AND LABOR needed for a repair.
Warranty - A full 1 year parts and labor warranty on all repairs using a PART.
Accessory Coverage - Humidifiers, electronic air cleaners, media air filters, thermostats,
gas fireplaces, water heaters and boilers may be covered under this agreement for an additional charge. |
